Recently, a Connolly couple was in for a crazy surprise after they hit the jackpot announced by EuroMillions. They have won a whopping amount of INR 918 crores. They have decided to extend a helping hand to their relative who was about to lose her home.
Frances & Patrick Connolly rushed to Sharon Graham’s side (Frances’s sister) and offered to buy her home, which she had to surrender after she filed for a divorce.
The Sun reported that Sharon was extremely happy after discovering that her sister had won the lottery and is now ridiculously rich. After winning the lottery, Frances called her and delivered the news. To this, she replied: “When she phoned, I was so excited, and in total disbelief.” She further reported that her sister Frances revealed to her that she need not sell her home anymore and that she can move back into it with her children.
It was later revealed that Sharon had put her house on auction and had shifted to her family’s home to take care of her mother and nurse her back to good health.
Despite the huge turmoil she went through, she never took assistance from her uber-rich relatives who had the ability to help the family during these tough times.
However, things ended on a positive note for her when her sister hit the lottery and pledged to help her out. She seems to be very happy for them. She praises the couple, admiring their selfless traits and how they managed to still be down to earth after turning crazy rich overnight.
She believes that Frances and Patrick deserved to win the lottery heads because of their helping nature.
